2025 Season Program and Schedules

· Indoor Practices Start next Wednesday, March 5, 2025 (every Wednesday - last indoor practice is April 9th)

· Grades 1/2 -  Indoor Practices start on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. 

· Please plan your travel accordingly to be at the field at least 15 minutes prior to practice start time so your players are ready, with equipment on, stick in hand, at the start of practice. 

· Our Kindergarten - Little Laxers Clinic begins in late April and goes to early June (Dates TBD).

Outdoor Practices:

Regular outdoor practices will start the week of April 14th. There WILL be practice held over April Vacation.

What to bring to practices and games: Goggles, Stick, Mouthguard, Cleats/Turf Shoes/Sneakers and Water Bottle (all labeled with names). Little Laxers will NOT require goggles or a mouthguard (optional).

 

2025 Season Games

 

Hopkinton Girls Youth Lacrosse is part of the Mass Youth Lax League (MYL) and Classic Games are held on Sundays. Our 1st games will be on 3/30 and the last games will be on 6/8. No games will be held on Easter Sunday or Memorial Day Weekend. Our 2025 MYL game schedule is expected to be set toward the end of March. Once schedules are set, they will be communicated to you by your Head Coach, posted on the HGYL website, and synced to your Demosphere Mobile App.

 

Field Information

•  Fore Kicks in Marlborough (Indoor)
• Fruit St. Athletic Complex: All Grades 1-8 Outdoor Practices and Home Games will be held on one of the Turf or grass fields at Fruit St. 
• An Important Note about Fields and Schedules

Fields are at a high premium in Hopkinton. We are fortunate to have field time at Forekicks and Fruit St. But, it’s important to note that our schedule will always be subject to changes and coaches will communicate changes as early as possible.

 

Uniforms & Apparel Store

All uniforms have been ordered and will be shipped directly to you by your first game. In the meantime, if you have a uniform from last year, please wear this pinney/uniform to practice if it still fits. Those who do not have a pinney from last year or need one, a standard pinney will be given one to use for indoor practice. We are also working on a NEW apparel store to be up and running soon. Information will be sent out when it is live!
