QUICK START GUIDE - PARENTS & PLAYERS

The Demosphere Mobile App is a one-stop tool for coaches, parents, and game officials to stay on track during the season. Your organization's administrators can set permissions for visibility to rosters, event calendars, and more based on seasonal needs for teams. Explore the guide below for information on how parents/relatives and players can use the app for a successful season.

Message Team Members & Coaches

• Use the Team Wall to send messages to all team members
• Start an in-app group chat with team members

Access Calendar Events

• LOGIN to see your TEAM(s) SCHEDULE

• Use my calendar or team calendar views to keep track of games and trainings
• Subscribe to all team events on your mobile device
• Manage RSVP status for all upcoming events
• Use maps and navigation functionalities for effortless event navigation

Manage Household Members

• Update family member profile photos
• Add a new member to your household
• Update household address

Orders & Registration

• View orders & make/update payments
• Register for Open Seasons

Push Notifications

Message and event notifications are sent to all team members to keep them in the
know. Non-rostered users have the option to mute team notifications if they wish.

User Note: If you have downloaded the Demosphere Mobile App and are not seeing some or any
of the features upon sign-in, reach out to your organization to confirm app settings enabled for
your teams. Also, verify you or your family member are properly rostered onto a team for the
season.

We highly recommend downloading the Demosphere Mobile App in the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores on your phone! Because Demosphere's mobile app is fully integrated with official team rosters and schedules, team communication will be much easier for us all.

Players, Parents, and Coaches will have access to their individual team's contact info, game and practice schedules, Field Directions that sync to Waze or Google Maps, and team chat features, with automated event reminders and game reschedule notifications.

The most recent version of the app is Demosphere version 2.5. Highlights include: 

• Need to register for open seasons or view/manage upcoming payments? Now introducing seamless login access to all of your associated clubs/organizations via the My Registrations and the Registration Order views

• If your organization imports external game events, these events are now available in the mobile app for viewing the location, game details, and setting your RSVP status
